Unmasking The Imposter – Unleash Your Brilliance

Imposter syndrome is a common issue where some in your team will doubt their abilities and feel like frauds, even when they are competent. They will experience reduced self-confidence, feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, and the fear of being exposed as an imposter. It can lead to missed opportunities and underachievement. It is extremely common in those who are amongst the most talented and who have huge potential.

In this workshop we explore the 5 different types of imposter, 5 keys to success and 5 tools to conquering your imposter. We will also explore limiting beliefs and how to turn limiting beliefs into empowering ones.
